I’m a UX designer with a passion for all things design, in which I enjoy exploring the different disciplines and am always looking to further expand my knowledge. Championing user centred design, I strive to improve customer satisfaction & experience. Deep diving into all aspects of projects to better understand and solve the customer and business problems. Always working with a test and learn mindset, designing iteratively, responding to customer feedback and data. Previous to my current role, I graduated from university with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design degree.
